Written Entry: Please provide one copy of your entry by EMAIL to: info@calorvillageoftheyear.org.

When compiling your entry please do not exceed three pages (A4 single side) for each of the four Part A categories 1 to 4 and no more than 500 words for Part B on any problems your village has experienced and what steps you have taken to solve or limit them.

The information contained on these web pages are designed to give you hints and priorities that the judges are looking at but please feel free to interpret the categories as they are reflected within your own village.

Competing villages must not have a population of more than 5,000.

Villages cannot be nominated to represent their county in the national Calor Village of the Year® for England competition in successive years.
