39 villages throughout England are awaiting the judges' verdict after making their presentations in the first round of the national 2007/8 Calor Village of the Year® for England competition. The villages passed the county rounds with flying colours, submitted a written entry to participate in this prestigious event, and must now wait to see whether they will make it through to the second round of national judging.
